I am a Greek Orthodox priest who has been carving wood since '83 & icons since '87. Self taught, I have never taken a single lesson & use my own techniques. I teach wood carving at the American Farm School in Thessaloniki.
I was born in the town of Sfendami, Pierias, Greece in 58. I finished elementary school & went to the school of auto mechanics in Thessaloniki. I migrated to the US in '75. In '90, I graduated from Hellenic College. I received my Master's in Divinity & my Master's in Theology from Holy Cross Seminary in the '90s.
In '93, I was ordained as a deacon & then as a priest in the Greek Orthodox Church in the US. I became a father & also took on the pastoral care of a church in Lewiston, Maine. In '96, I came to the American Farm School as the resident chaplain. I have a son, a few relatives, many friends, & no enemies.
